I need a 2 pairs of matched 2SK1530/2SJ201 and 2 pairs of 2SJ74BL/2SK170BL. I cannot see the Toshiba MOSFETS in the spreadsheet.

How much does it cost for the items and shipment to India.

A lot to choose from...mosfets are on another page if you look at the bottom left corner, you can tab between 2 jfets pages, and 1 mosfets. Paypal is most convenient.

Jfets for Symasym v1.5 german board

Jfets arrived today, perfectly packaged. Ultra tight matching !!
Shipping speed quite decent - 11 days.

3 of the jfets are marked BL 0G while 1 is marked BL 9K.

I guess that makes no difference.
