Thanks a lot IanAS and Extreme_Boky for great hints and links! I'm going to practising on an older 304MkII and would like to have separate regulations for 1541 (+5, -5, -15) and for SAA7220. Would like to swap the original SAA7220P/A with a SAA7220P/B but staying away from supposedly China-based NOS...

Meanwhile just swapped the Nichicon output coupling caps with Visaton MKP 3.3uF I had in the drawer... and messed with left channel now emitting a highis-pitch modulated bzzzz....

With the tray open I removed the tray pulley with the wire looped around it, but held it without letting go....

You can't do it with the tray closed as when it is, the wire from the back of the tray to the pulley is too short to allow the pulley to come off far enough.
That's the complicated part, once you lose the wire ... turn off the phone and close facebook. With these belts, you should first internalize a manual to change. Is already shared here, but here again:
Belt for Marantz CD7, CD10, CD11, CD12, CD15, CD16, CD94, MKII, CD95, CD99 ... Philips CD960, LHH300, LHH500, LHH700, LHH800, LHH900, LHH1000 ... Wadia WT3200, Micro Seiki, Spectral 1000 ...
