I'll let you in on a little secret
That it's carbon fiber, is for the sake of the look of it, as it is a scale 1/5th of the power amps....and they need the carbon, but for the sake of thermal management

It's pretty much the final result you see Here
The only part of the final result you can't see so far, is the light guide situated under the top aluminum plate, and the transmitter.
The buttons are the aluminum thingies you can see around the edge.
