Many thanks for speeeeeeeeeedy service. Received the I2S to PCM PCB, and S/PDIF input board.
I just paid 2 days ago...and received it today. How do you juggle it all and find time to eat and sleep?? Amazing.

Hopefully the next round of FIFO GB will happen soon... :rolleyes:

Wrong thread, but just a quick question: is there a significant difference (by you or reported) in actual (or perceived) sound in using the I2S to PCM PCB, over the original version FIFO and re-clock PCB? (as I have now)
This would be with respect to the TDA1541 running NOS.

Hi all

first post in this thread, been reading ecdesigns ultimate tda thread and am about to use 2 red baron v5's to do dual mono tda1541a.

question 1) which of ian's boards would i need to go from spdif optical ( + coax), and use dual mono mode. i only need 44.1 kHz so don't think i need two clock board.

question 2) is there anywhere i can get this info quickly without reading this long thread all the way through ?
