Humming Noise in my amplifier???

The PCB layout is very poor. You cant fix this unless major changes are made. The charging currents and discharging currents are your problem.

actually power amp not create humming . humming create this controller circuit . when connect controller board to any amp then create humming so i upload my controller circuit

when this controller board operating with battery then no noice come out but when i connect to the center tap transformer then come back humming noice . dear what is the problem ?

It's probably a ground loop...you need to post at least a schematic or pictures showing how everything is connected together in the entire unit. That's the only way anyone will be able to help you.

Dear see the previous post I was upload circuit digram . Dear if I connect multiple circuit in one transformer then create ground loop but here this single circuit connected to transformer

That circuit diagram doesn't show the whole unit, the signal path from audio input to output, how the power supply is wired and connected to the rest of the unit, everything. That's what is needed to help you. Ground loops can be caused internally or externally to the unit, or both.

Post the power amplifier schematic.
Post some detailed pictures of how you wired it up.

The real problem is that the controller PCB is wired wrong. Loop currents are sharing the charging and discharging paths as the signal paths. It needs a new full layout to resolve this problem.
