How old is old enough for your AKSA amp

Folks,
I have all the parts for hosting this baby (AKSA55 v2.1) into a new enclosure.
Procured a small sturdy box with vents and new connectors/terminals.

I would like to explore adding a volume control to this unit.
Any pointers with details of parts and procedure would be appreciated.
I don't have the documentation that came along with this kit though.

A 20k log pot at the front of the amp; bottom to ground, top of INPUT, and wiper to the input of the amp.

That will do it........

Earlier in this thread you had suggested this part for LF55.
"I normally use a RK27 Alps rated to 20k"
I guess it holds good here too.
Will try and procure it locally, if possible.
