it does not produce audio, without the jumper there is approximately a 5 volt square wave with its bottom near .7 volts at approximately 750hz, with the resistor on it the wave is stretched out and no longer fits on the screen it appears to be reduced by about 1/5th of the original 750hz square wave
No input and its creating the 750hz square wave on its own, put a 60hz signal in and its showing up only the top portion of the wave and its inserted into the square wave. When playing a test tone the square wave is longer to correspond to the signal being input into the RCA's. There is something definitely way wrong with whats going on here. I'll try and grab a photo to show you, its kinda hard with only 2 hands though.
