The first stage needs some work. If the grid of one section is at ground, the other one will be, too, so no need to use that RC network. However, to get the CCS to work, it will need to be returned to a negative voltage (anything more than -9V or so should be fine). Other option is to RC couple to the input stage and let the grid voltages go positive of ground.
