That's Better Isn't it ?.

Ok,
Hello James.
If you are blowing output semis it is usually because of over bias current fault/condition.
A common problem with Jap amplifiers is dry joints on the heatsink bias temperature monitor transistor - any dodgy joints here will cause bias current to go to max, and this will load down the transformer and cause the output transistors to fail after a short delay.
Another common cause is dry joints anywhere in the amplifier stage - I usually blanket resolder both output amplifier channels and I then never get workshop warranty returns.
Another thing to check is all resistors in the output, driver and predriver stages before re-powering, and when you do re-power be sure to use the lamp in series with the 240V feed.
There is no excuse for blowing up newly installed parts.

Eric.

a gainclone is my next project, I want to get a lot of info about amps... What would be cool is a website explaining the role of every component...

James, I am , your father ! so can we build an amp together ? I mean the same amp.

another question , my marantz have a little problem:

Ubalenced
right channel got : bass, mid, highs, clap sometime a low frequencies
left channel got: no bass , no highs, stop working a low frequencies
#my output trnasisitor is totaly new. hmmm

Do you mean...

What music?
What speakers?
What nagging woman?
What voices in out heads?
What teachers?
What bull****?
What sales people?
What heart beat?
What clock ticking?
What person clicking a pen?
What person tapping on the keyboard?
What person dragging their feet as they walk?
What buzz of the computer fan?
What happy singing of an unknown person?
What fly buzzing around ones ears?
What students giving rude answers?
What my heart says?
What my mind says?
What my voice says?
What I am saying?
What the clicking of a mouse reminds one of?
What the joyous laughing means?
What my conscience says to do?
What my conscience says not to do?
What the sound of me clicking on the "reply" button at the end of this page and then waiting for my reply to load.....
