They are NOT 1:1 replacement for IRFPs in other Class A Circuits because of the high tempo.
You need extra bias control like that in the M2 OPS.

I run mine in parallel for a month in this amp and had no problems with the high tempco.
Able to get more than 30w into 8ohms with 25v rails and the thd is pretty low.

The bias starts at 1.56a and gets to 1.66a with the sinks sitting at 25c above ambiental temp. 6% increase. I would have been happy with even a 10% increase. Tried this also with the irfps and iirc the change was something like 3%.
