Interesting discrete op amp. What is open loop gain?my F6 use 2SK1058
I swapped the Antek transformer with the Primrose. So quieter background! Thanks Buzz!
Interesting. Because, when I asked about differences between Plitron and Antek a few years ago, everyone said there was no difference. Some even said I was wrong for suggesting Chinese made parts generally have inferior materials and workmanship.
I think some people are biased by the perceived value when something is low priced. So they won't find anything wrong with it because it's cheap.
do not take the 1.2V from source to gate serious..... the IRF need more!
and be aware turning up the bias pot, long time nothing happens and then you have a very quick rise, even with a delay when you try to stop it..... the same happens when you turn down....
good luck!

This is Marantz HDMA module,
I don't know how many open-loop gain.

More gain plus phase inversion?
So you want don't to use a heatsink.
I meant for the terminal. In order to prevent it from melting or something
I didn't like the idea of using plastic terminal blocks with a hot CL60 so i used the ceramic type instead, OK they are a little more expensive but you can never be too safe, you don't want to turn it into a real burning amp.
