why you just don't use 74s and 170s ?

Mike, I've got a dozen each 74/170 - I can spare a couple each for ya.

What I really need is P power devices - I'm fed up on the junkyard search. Gonna have to hit Mousey.

What are the 10kuf 50volters? snap in?

Yes, snap in. I also have some 18000 uf 50 volt screw top if you need them.
What kind of P channels do you want? I get some and split them with you.

I purchased some through a U.S distributor -- but the wait time was about 6 weeks. I have several hundred in stock.

I plan on grabbing some irfp9140 (fairchild) - because I already have plenty irfp140 (IR).

If ya wanna go 'halfsies' on some p9140 , I could give you some p140 for the top if you don't have them.

Did you get those little tl regs?

I just ordered some matched 9240's and 240's to go with the JFET's.
Yes I do have the tl's.

Can a Noble potentiometer handle the high voltage direct on the F4 input?

1° - Do they need to be matched for the F4 ? (I've don't read it but I'm a newbie so... I'm asking the experts ! )
