Avro you are right, Negative regulator can be problematic. Cut track at resistor and connect it on near pad at cap out before L.

A couple of observations.
Your design is sensitive to magnetics because you have inductors in your feedback
loop for your regulators. I'm surprised it doesn't oscillate.
Your delay relay should short the output when not energized.
That way, when it is energized, it removes itself from the circuit.

Thank you for your comments. I checked with scope and regulators do oscillate, though only positive ones. I shorted all sensing tracks before ferrite bead and oscillations are gone. The circuit is now also less prone to magnetics.
BTW in the first design I did not have ferrite beads on power rails.
