How did you bend these curved plywood boards? Or did you build them up from several layers of veneer that you bent around your bracings?

What I meant was that the curved sides you made for your speakers look really good - excellent work!
Nitrocellulose Laquer sprayed or brushed on will give you a finish as nice as that as well. It may not be as durable as an automotive polyurethane clear coat but it is much easier to obtain a glass like polished finish. Once you feel you have enough coats polish it to the glass like finish with something like 3M polishing compound. I used a Nitro Laquer on my guitar and it looks every bit as good as those speakers.
A speaker may not need to be as durable as a quitar since you don't bounce around on stage with a speaker. The other nice thing about lacquer is that spot repairs are easy. Lacquer melts into itself. If a small nick occurs lacquer can be painted on with a brush and then buffed to a polished finish that will be homogenous with the lacquer around it.

Why and how should a beautiful project be changed at the outset?
The problem is in the frequency of around 5000Hz; There is a peak ,which strongly influences the average frequencies.There are two ways to solve this problem:
- Adding one more MW,
-More complicated construction of the filter I don't know the exact name , maybe (reager).
This project may be look beautiful, but will be changed.
As I wrote at the beginning of my post, everything is done by me, I do not use ready filters / and I do not recommend it to anyone unless it is a ready-made kit with cabinets /.Will try to explain why this project is changed at the very beginning.

The name of this construction from "B & W" is:
"Matrix Internal bracing-system for cabinet stability" ,
I will use my term- "Ventilation".
Accept this term as a metaphor of a vented inner structure of cabinet , / I will say in a different way /, has the task of preventing the column's own sound and participating in the design proces.

These speakers are made of a specific alloy and have their own characteristics.
What should I choose in this situation?
-1 option, add one more 18 FX001,
-2 option,remove one 26 FX001,
I chose a new progect with 4 identical speakers:1 х 26 FX001, 1х 22 FX001, 1х 18 FX001 , T 25 CF002

that peak at 5000 Hz looks like the breakup of the woofer. You don't need to start over, just crossover to the tweeter well below 5000 Hz
I think this peak will cause me problems at mid range frequencies. At the Tweeter , everything is clear.
I can make a reflector filter frequency filterrefiner filter, but what happens to the natural sound?
However, we reach the point where we have to measure the internal volume of the column. I am registered in more than 35 "DIY" sites and when I am asking the question , how i was made it - whether I have the right answer?

I find the volume - 43l, I deduct the weight of the internal ribbed - massa 3.4kg.
And the net volume of the cabinet is 39. 6l. More than I need, I need about 35l.
I know the total volume, now everything is very simple there are several options for correction;
- purely mathematical / small planarity, simple algebra and axonometry /
- methodically- it can be done in several ways.
There is also a third option, but for it later.
