DIY Good Class D amplifier

FIRST READ DATASHEET,If you wired it in halfbridge.SG isn't lo/hi side driver!.If you want class D without ir2184 you must use for example (I listen music now on this amp.) irfz44 and irf950 with RD in gates and totem pole driver.Output must be taken after two diodes (se my schematic) and go to totem pole,then fets with discharge with diode and charge with about 47...100R

Tran's can be attached on same heat sink without isolation.
Now testing on about single 100V,transistors cold without heat sink

I don't know,any with small ripple.Because of it I use stabilised SMPS.

I made both versions and works ok.
Now I use simpler version.
Can accept any flyback transformer if you know number of primary and secondary turns (this can be seen while dismantling trafo)

I didn't have instruments to measure THD,but I heard it when use 0,1R instead of speaker (for testing smps)
For over +/- 40V use TVS diodes, 1.5KE series instead of zeners in gates...

For higher power I use power smps with protetction,variable on potentiometer.Now using 2 EE35 for over 500W

Can you show schematic with 40106?. I am simulating and designing a simple class d amp with 393 but i cannot find good mosfet pairs, with p and n for 2 ohm operation. A little help here would be needed in the form of an sugestion

393 is bad for class D.Measure output wave if you have scope.Transitions is very slow,and Fet's will heat more than class B amp.
Here is my sch.,
I used only at 12V,for more there will be capacitive drive.Maybe I will try to make discrete driver for upper Fet,and both will be N fets.40106 will insert dead time betwen two fet's.

40106 is a schmitt trigger 4049 or 4050 have a linear mode
