Just received my kit yesterday and everything looks great and thanks for the TO-247 pads. Nice work

I went full boat on I/O resistors: Caddocks, TX bulk foil, ect. Current wise, I'm going to go right to 3.3R.

Got mine, nice kit. For the LEDs, does shorty get the square? Also, did you check the LED tolerance?

Yes I believe it does.
The cathode should go towards squared off part of the symbol drawn on the board.
The LEDS in general are ~1.8-2.0v tested. I would measure up as many as you can to add similar pairs to each side. so the sum total for each set of 5 matches up, then same for the 3 leds.
