.....the Lundahl output boards, I discovered a small grey Ero capacitor (C7) which is only present on one of the boards. The C3 spot is empty. Assuming the boards for each channel (L/R) should be identical ...

I suggest you PM Quanghao directly and get him to send you the missing cap.

I think Quanghao should tighten the quality control of this DAC.

Yes, unfortunately there's a history of Group Buy participants failing to properly update the GB list.

The most recent version of the GB list is in post 274, though I don't claim it's necessarily accurate.
If post 274 is accurate, and quanghao is accepting new orders, then OYDES will be position 56.

Listening to DSD256 files

Dear All,

For those that have got the DAC already, have you tried to listen to DSD 256 files ?

Computer Audiophile - A Midsummer Night’s Dream - Compare Simultaneous DSD64 and DSD256 Session Recordings

I downloaded the DSD256 files and I am experiencing drop outs from time to time. DSD128 and DSD 64 is fine.

I am using Windows XP, Foobar2000 to listening to this. The computer I am using is 6 years old.

I don't know if I need to upgrade my computer for higher resolution music.

Any comment ?

Hi quanghao! I have a few important questions that remain unanswered in previous reports:
1. Why ISO7640 does not break ground source and DAC? This is indicated in the description but I think it does not fit the description of the DAC. How to fix it?
2. Why is the earth current-voltage (I/V) module is connected to the frame via the screw that secures the connector neutrik? Do I need to unscrew the screw that there was no connection of analog and digital ground which is on the case?
3. Do I need to remove the jumper from the SPDIF input to separate transformer worked fine?
Please answer my questions.

Thanks, I received the DAC (Lundahl option). It works fine, sounds fantastic.
A remote doesn't work. I put a new battery 2032, green led is on, but the device doesn't respond.
