Just been enjoying Lazytrains.
Not sure that it is Blues, but it has the Blues tag.
I have put the Bandcamp link as I couldn't find the album with a quick hunt on YT.

I laid back a little on posting hoping others might participate more, one of the intentions of adding the ‘contemporary’ label to the thread was to explore the limits of the blues and it’s modern interpretations, keep ‘em coming……. good stuff!

Nice. Enjoying the album:

I kind of lean towards blues/rock/punk lol.
I am rubbish on genres.
Clutch doesn't count as blues does it? I am thinking that is more like rock?

Blues is pretty much a US thing.
I wonder if there is a UK blues scene (well, I am sure there is, I will have a look see)

I’d never heard of them but certainly like their music, would say Clutch has some roots in the blues.
After listening to some of their music…….this definitely qualifies
