these check bad not sure of the value but they are big

There are no Diodes by the B+ and negative terminals, just a couple disc capacitors and a resistor.
 
I work on Boss Audio all the time. If it blows fuses as soon as you apply power, without the remote connection powered then most likely you have a short circuit transistor in the PSU stage.

With these amplifiers, failure is almost always due to excessive heat caused by powering the amplifier inadequately. Too low a supply voltage will cause the amplifier to draw too much current and fry itself.

Therefore in the case of blown transistors, you should always replace the complete bank, not just the failed one as likely all transistors near by are also damaged.

It is unusual to have to replace driver stage transistors, etc. almost always it it the PSU or amplifier output stages that fail to short circuit.
