If you really want two boards, you could check out Olimex (http://olimex.com/pcb/index.html), they charge $33 for a 160x100 board, nicely fitting two of these boards. If you want more boards, OurPCB (http://www.ourpcb.com/price.php) has some nice prices on 10 boards, although there's a lot of wasted board space with these 12.5sqin boards.

I haven't tried any of these yet, but I've heard and seen good things about them, and will be trying them both very soon.

Odd order filters were not covered in the manual. There are a few things I'd like to add. I guess I need another trip with long airport layovers to update it.

Here is a way to make an odd order filter on the AF4 board.

In case the notation is not obvious, the part numbers missing the component symbol are omitted, and the red lines indicate jumpers. Low pass is similar.

The jumper and omission seems not to be the same thing than in the manual:

From Active Filter 4 manual:
"If you need an odd order filter, determine the value of C4 as above, jumper R14
and C3 while omitting R6 and R19."

You do not say to omit C11. Is this an error. Does C11 has to be omitted for odd order filters?
