6AS7 OTL headphone amplifier

A 6SL7 is a horrendous choice for that design. That's way, way too much gain. They also tend to be microphonic. I suspect with a better choice of driver tubes, you wouldn't need separate B+ supplies for first and second stages.

The DC heater supplies should not be necessary.

The cathode loads on the 6080s will burn up most of the available signal current rather than the load. This is also a poor design choice.
 
And what about this solution?
Does anybody use 2pcs of 6s19p instead of 6AS7?
