Vout = mains voltage / Rated primary voltage * Rated output voltage * {Transformer regulation+1}
For a 220:24+24Vac 240VA 8% regulation EI the unloaded voltage when fed with 225vac would be 225/220*48*{1+0.08} = 53Vac
After rectification and smoothing that should be around +-37Vdc
