Normally maylar/polyester film Caps the code printed is 0.1 means it's (100nf) like the one picture you have, 0.1nf is printed in code 101 or (100pf).

I am in the process of building ax14 with Prasi PCB.
Due to space limit, only cap at hand that can fit into c4 c5 and c6 is 150uf/63v. Is there a problem using this value instead of 100uf and 22uf?

Yes, you can use.
However dont go by the lead spacing for C4/C5. You may slightly kink the leads and make 22 uf wth 2.5mm pitch fit. example attached.
