So I think you are in Italy.
Please take a note of this
http://www.onori.com/it/scheda-prodotti.php?id=44&categoria=8&sottocategoria=19
mainly for type

S30W2.5K8

S30W3.5K8

very good ones wiht a H declared at 50 Hz, that is fine.

The there is another

with some interesting stuff

The there is FIAT in Roma tha wound S.e. with double C 0,1 mm nucleus
In attach the response at 8 watt - 8 ohm

Onori S30W3.5K8 DC resistance only 67R that is good value.

Yes, it very good trafo.
I tested it a lot.
Also Fiat has a quite low Rdc.

Sometimes here in Italy hobbists search for esotic trafo where the specs are sometimes scarce and the test lab are inesistent.
Personally every trafo I test the quantity of measurement are a lot ( and I bought everyone)
Some Partridge trafo were done in the Marche region in Italy, many years ago!!!!

I would bother for something else. The cores depicted do not look amorphous to me, but more like regular HiB C-cores. Amorphous cores are silver shiny in color, flaky and geometrically very uneven. The common signs to look for nanocrystalline for amorphous core is their "uglyness" compared to the stable looking, even covered HiB alternatives.

This is how an amorphous core should look like:

Actually it is the only "good" value.
What does the 30W mean??
Certainly this transformer does not do 30W secondary power.
Does it mean the power tube can be operated with 30W of anode dissipation (more likely)?
By the way, with let's say 400 Vpk-pk at the anode, the secondary power at 8 ohm is less than 6W.
Monolith specifies core saturation treshold with respect to frequency, primary DC current and power, which is the correct way; the Onori 18H @50hz is useless info.
