No, Jean, you NEVER respond to email, nor do you pick up the phone. You don't adhere to your own general agreements, and you don't communicate at all.

You let people wait months or in some cases even years.
Personally I wouldn't be surprised if an angry customer would launch a DDOS on your site, or write a script to keep posting bad reviews on your site. I mean, that *could* theoretically happen if you keep ******* off customers.

I wonder if there's no local authority they can be reported to ?
Maybe even for fraud as they seem to take peoples money with a high chance on not delivering the goods.
Id also wonder if paypal can't be notified.
I seem to remember they can suspend accounts for this sort of behaviour.
I wonder what their suppliers would think if they were notified of the issues too.

If I knew it lasts that long I would buy from China - takes a lot quicker from there!

Hi guys.
I've put and paid my order by 03.06.2018 - three Items should be available up to 15 days after, and one Item available after max. 8 days. Another month almost gone and the Item that should be after 8 days is still not available - as the result whole my delivery postponed. Two e-mails sent to them (one to sales@europe-audio.com, other one to information@europe-audio.com) and never had the answer. Seriously, if I knew before would buy from China - at least that would be quicker and much more reliable... Really disappointed, they service is literally rubbish!!!

I had no idea that quite big seller such like Loudspeakerfreaks (formerly Europe Audio) have that bad reviews until I've looked on Trustpilot site today...

That's bullsh@#t you ALWAYS respond to emails !!!
Like I've wrote above - I've sent TWO emails for two different addresses to your company - on both email addresses asking about my order. First email was sent by 07.07.2018, second by 11.07.2018 and I NEVER had any reply from you. I ain't talking about couple of £'s my order was for sum of £63.20!

Wait a bit longer then put a claim in through your bank.

Good idea mate, however I see no reason for waiting any longer. I've spoke with Nick Lucas from Hificollective and those Items I am waiting ages from Loudspeakerfreaks are available again on Hificollective site.

I've sent cancellation email according to their "Cancelling your order" advice found on website. I will wait till Friday, if I see no money returned I will ask in my bank to step in.

I've sent 8 or more emails.
I've also sent email that I want to cancel the rest of my order (as per their cancellation email instructions) as after 3 months there is still no status change / expected delivery date, and I've given them (as legally required) a deadline to return my money.

No reaction at all.

I've bought the remaining parts (tweeters) at another shop now, and informed Loudspeaker freaks that if they still send me the tweeters at one point in time, they will be returned to them.
I have documented my side of communication and I'm forwarding it to my legal insurance who will create a case and pick it up from there.

Also, I will be contacting the Dutch chamber of commerce (kamer van koophandel) with an official complaint, a link to my insurance case number, and proper documentation and proof of prior misbehaviour (this forum thread, and links to other forums in the Netherlands and Germany).

Im lucky to be in the position to have a lawyer in my close family to advise me and willing to write the official letters for me / handle the case if legal insurance doesn't follow through.

And I happen to live a car ride away from Hellevoetsluis, so I will drop by his house (where the company is registered) to speak to Jean personally somewhere soonish...

If you ever used "darkweb" you'll easily find Forums, and other places where you can buy DDoS attack, hire hacker or similar sort of things.
However those attacks - if they work - will leave website discontinue to work for short period of time. Couple of ours / days only. That wont hurt them as much as opinions given by unhappy customers. The web wont be forgiven at this matter...

Cheers! I am quite informed on how that works - I've been out of the black hat scene from the moment I had kids, but it doesn't take much to get me to flex my fingers again.. It doesn't take much to reachieve a 100k botnet to Target a website.

In theory ofcourse.

Yes best to cancel, I shd have done that first. I made a claim and in response they sent the order.. but after several months waiting, I had already bought other items/ changed the design by then

Perhaps not the most customer facing of organisations then.
I've used them for SB Acoustics and Dayton drivers in the past. Albeit with some trepidation. I made sure the items were listed as stock before pushing the button.

I notice Dayton no longer appear as a brand on the site.

Registered to just tell my story.

I ordered 18" ultimax subwoofer back in january 29.1.2018. I never received this.

I contacted atleast dozen times and got 1 reply back in march or april telling me dayton has had problems producing the subwoofer.

I waited and waited and spammed them with emails, few of my emails got blocked! Atleast hotmail autoreplied to me saying that.

I asked bank in Late april is there anything to be done from the bank and the answer was no, because i transferred the money via bank transfer ( for the love of god dont do this)

I contacted police, to no avail.
I contacted finnish consumer support, which then contacted the european division and the netherland unit. Got few emails from them which started pretty promising. They tried to call the europe audio, contacted them via messages and never got any reply so that was to no avail also.

I have sent them atleast 40 emails by now.

Then 1.12.2018 my order got cancelled and the money transferred to my account at loudspeakerfreaks, is there any way i can get these back to my bank account?

date order curr. / rate amount
1/12/2018 EUR / 381.36
parts not available to balance

Sorry my english isnt that good
