Europe Audio - dreadful experience

No delivery, no contact, Europe audio sucks

Hello.
I ordered and paid for some parts on the 11th of april.
Europe audio was fast to take the money, but since then nothing happend.
no response on mail (all adresses tried) phone dosn't answer, and of course no parts.
i think the owner is a thief, and i will strongly advise never to buy from them.

April :) I paid in late June so I probably need to calm down and stay put another some months :D. Ridicolous bussiness plan they have...

Made the mistake of ordering from this website before checking online Karma. It's now been a month and a half, and so far I have not even received tracking information despite the order status having been changed to "shipped" more than a week ago.

If anyone else is still having problems trying to reach Mr. Benoist, I have been trying a personal phone number found here: europe-audio.com

Mr. Benoist, if you see this message, would you mind gracing it with a reply?

I ordered an item from them in august of 2014!!

I gave them ample time to even announce the
item had been shipped. nothing.

I tried contacting them using every e-mail I could
find on their website. again!! nothing.

I'm telling everybody,,if you see any europe audio advertised product run away,,,fast.
 
I have to say that although EuropeAudio have supplied me with stuff reasonably efficiently on a couple of occasions, recent experience of an order from August 2015 has not been good. It has only just been resolved through the card agency (Barclaycard, who were pretty helpful). The wrong component (a hypex amp) - incorrectly over-labelled- was supplied. With communication all could have been easliy sorted out. But they don't communicate. I will try Falcon acoustics for my next project. Thanks to all for this helpful forum.
 
I placed an order at loundspeakerfreams.com a month ago, and paid with credit card. Since two weeks the status is "shipped" but I haven't got any email with tracking number (and of course no package either). I have tried emailing and calling them several times but they don't answer.
What to do?
Ok they finally shipped my order. It arrived today and everything looks fine. I never got any reply to my emails, just an automatic email with the tracking number once the box was picked up.
It seems that the status "shipped" means that they have started thinking about shipping the order at some point in the future..
 
After a similar experience with Europe Audio (which had worked fine for years, I must say) where it took four months (!) to receive some drivers supposedly "in stock", I tried RumoH and was impressed. They special-ordered for me some Jantzen caps of values that they didn't have in their web page, very fast e-mail reply, no extra charge, no minimum quantity and just a few days to get them.

Buy from us again for a good experience

I understand that in the past there have been quite a few complaints about our performance, therefore we provide every client who wants to give us the benefit of the doubt until the end of 2016 a 25% discount on all orders. Even If I had the badest experience with you that I have ever had with any other company,I would not order anything from you even If you gave me 25% off...

What I mean by 'proof' is write me your story, that seems logical to me. Everything on this forum is anonymous so I do not know who is who and what has been ordered and when. For example, we have quite a few clients who are called Åke and come from Sweden that have nothing to complain about how their order was handled, I would like to hear your story and not interpreted silly accusations made by some anonymous forum visitor. I like to hear the real story and make up for the mistake we made then! Just stop the hate posts it makes no sense.

If you don't know what has been ordered, when it was ordered, and if the order has been fulfilled or not.
Well, doesn't that sound like a issue that needs correcting ?
 
This thread started in 2011... What took you so long to get constructive yourself? Thanks to this thread I luckily never ordered anything at whatever name you've been using for your company in the past... I guess a lot of people never ordered anything because of this thread and many other threads like this one. You did that yourself. My guess is you know exactly which deals went wrong. So take action yourself and write to those customers and give them compensation.
 
Listen folks, I'm honest enough to 'fight it out' in public, but give me a chance. What you write in this forum about Europe audio doesn't hurt my company very much but it affects me personally and I want to resolve the issues. So be a little serious please. I'm offering compensation for all the wrong doings in the past but just need to know who and when customers have suffered damage. Write to me personally or post your complaints here and I will compensate everyone.
 
Well I have been a participant on this thread. Awaiting my order some time last year.
The thing that annoyed me most was no way of communicating. I tried to call, email and even send a PM your way. No answers to any of those.

My shipment arrived eventually but it really makes me rethink ever ordering again if I have no way to reach the shop at all. The worst part was being able to see you come online here on the forum and.... nothing. No reply on the thread, no reply on the PM... no email and no phone contact. All from an order that had every component available when I put in the order (at least, according to the website you ran at the time, Europe Audio).

I appreciate you coming back, trying to solve the things that were going wrong... but where were you? I even looked you up on Google street-view (lol).

To win anyone back you'd have to solve that form of communication, I know I'm not the only one that PM-ed you back then. With the great list of components you carried you owe it to your (future) customers to explain when things go slower than expected etc.

Keep them informed! I got my components in the end. Way later than I wanted to have them, but they showed up. I wish you good luck and do hope your means of communication get a big upgrade.
