You assembled a whole heap of amps that didn't really work, and you knew that and you still sold them to get back build costs!

if only overheating problems, please add one fan cool system on you applying, you know it’s power higher.but heatsink small .

All the batch products pass our strict testing, Proamp products pass AP tester measurement and 6-24hours full loader testing.
About you ordered one sample, you can add one dc brushless fan in your case ,you can find most of the simliar products online do it like this, we only provide module, not completed amp with case, your case should have fan cooling space.
It is simple technology, if you have not fan and you canot order it in your local, you should ask one from us, we will help you get one.
we test g300v33 without any SMPS chip heatsink at full loader, only add one fan cool side, works well,you can find it in the no.1 photo
some tester photos here, please check.
on line test , we use special fixture to test output shorted protection over loader protection easily. it is common technolgy,where is the junk?

These guys are scammers, I bought a pre assembled amp, and now Im being told to install a fan that they didnt install, there is now power for the fan on the PCB wtf this thing is just made wrong!

First you should know some technology, if you don't know only a little audio amp technology, let's tell you below:
Only two step necessary.
No.1 add one 12v dc brushless fan red wire to' +14v' connector pin.
No.2 add this fan black wire to 'GND' connector pin
No.3 if you fan not work when power on, please check this fan good or fault.
Second we are all diyaudio member,most of the members are engineers, it is quality people here, none named guys.

Third add addtional technology here:
if you use 12v dc burshless fan with this board, and find noise bigger, please check the fan defalut current and series one 2W resisters in the middle of red wire, resister value from 1R-10R, you can test it and calculate it according to the ohm's law. usually you can find the default current in the fan mark.
If you use 24v dc brushless fan, you can add positive to '+14' and negative to' -14', 2w resister necessary at this conditions, of course u can calculte it with above conditions.
if you can't calculate this with your conditions, please let us know, we will simulate here and take some photos for you.

We discuss your met issue with our engineers and sales just now, we found we made mistake , you ordered completed amplifier ,not amp module.
Few questions, please help us reply it, we will process it quickly , you know today is work time. all of us are in office now.
1. You ordered amp is completed amp with aluminum case, not module only
2. It is custom-made amp with aluminum case base on the G300V33BTL module, not original G300V33 module. We only make one simple for you so far. this aluminum case smaller than G300 amp.
3. You mentioned overheating temperature how many?
This amp play sound about 8hours and full loader burning-in 24hours(with fan cooling aside ) in the lab before sending.
Usually fan cooling useless when we playing sound with this system(1/8 rated power) , only necessary when drive high load constantly, this amp have temperature range about 5-10℃, if the room temperature is 30℃, the amp never over 40℃, this temperature cannot make amp fault or down,if the temperature over 85 ℃ , the amp down after some hours like you said, maybe tas5630 chip heatsink less crowed.
4. You can return the fault amp , we will check the reason and we will bear all the freight. we must know the reason come from.
we think this amp have problems at TAS5630 chip heat dissipation unit, maybe vibration in the process of transportation, sorry for the inconvenience!

Aliexpress record you ordered one g300v33 amp module ,but our stock record list one completed amp, you change your order in the message and pay us addtional money by paypal, so there are no change in the Aliexpress.

We will remanufacture another new amp for you soon, but we don't know your met problems come from where now,only doubt heatsink over amp chip, this is not good way to reslove problems.
so we have to ask u send the fault amp to us and we will test it again and get conclusion, we have declare it is custom-made amp for you and only one amp we have made so far. we are worry about new amp have problems too, so please help us return it to us by EMS or other Express way, we will take some photos for you and get your agreement before new amp sending. we will pay more money and over the amp cost if we do this , but we have to concern about perfect amp for you.please understand and support! never worry about other things, it is very small cost in our company , but it is very biger thing for our customer, there is no reason to rough deal you problem.
We are technology company, only want to make products better! if give us more good ideas we will sucess sooner,we are sorry to take up your time.

Another ideas, if you have some experiences in this area, please help us run this amp and take apart this amp , take some video and help us confirm the problems come from , we will send one new perfect amp to you soon after we get enough message ,about the orginal amp you can keep it as gift.
