what a coincidence! our engineer send took two new board photos just now, it is all digital car amplifier design, second version boad debugging now.

Features:
1.All Digital amplifier, use TAS5558+2 TAS5631B+4PHASE DC to DC .
2.10-15VDC input, 150WX2+400WX1 rms power output
3.Support distance remote function
4.Support Spdif and USB audio input

Customer design one new board , 4KW rms power 100v output , transformerless PA amplifier, Amp case manufactruing now.
robust design, have pass all shorted test and 24hour full resister load testing.

if you met overheat problems, maybe the TAS5630b chip fault.

you ordered one g300v33 amp is the old version, we have update to new version, improve it's EMI performance, it have better over current protection function now.

it have two version:

Stereo module:

we think it is the best solution of TAS5630 we made now, because we offical use this chip from 2007-2014, from 100pcs/year to 5kpcs/years we get rich experiences with this chip now, even we know our TAS5630 amp have shortage still, because TI company team improve these series chip along.

we will find more way to make it perfect.
