Well, now I can heard a little bit of music to the bottom(fund) of the noise, attached schematic with drawing

It is just that the cartridge should not be connected to ground so :
Red goes into +In , green goes into -In of one channel.
White goes into +In, blue goes into -In of the other channel.
Neither green, nor blue should be connected to ground.
Only the shield should be connected to ground. That is earth from the TT ( provided that green and blue are not connected to TT earth ) and audio ground.
Ground is just a reference here but does not cary an audio signal. That is the nature of balanced.

Try a cap multiplier after the LMs like the Keantoken.
The Kentoken has quite big pass transistors that are not necessary here. BD139-140 will do.
Another quick fix is 100 Ohm resistors from the LMs and each polarity and channel, so 4 resistors in total.
Then locally 1000uF plus 1uF foil to ground.

Quick fix like attached pic?
