This thing is just over the top!
Front row concert tickets anybody?
Maybe that "Dark side of the Moon" tour you missed back in the day?

So you powered it up and it blew you back like the TDK poster with the dude getting blasted while sitting in his chair? Remember that ad? OK, gives us more details of the experience, like. How many watts, what song, and was it hard to breathe because your chest was getting slammed by pure unadulterated (well, ambio-ized anyhow) dB's? The nbame Supernova is very appropriate because it sounds like this thing can eviscerate one's internal organs. :) Nicely done man!

hahaha! It's more like that scene in back to to future when Marty plugs his guitar into that 50" driver! It'll really blow your hair back.
I haven't set up the ambio or done any EQ.
I'll do that tomorrow.
I know that I will get less out of it after EQ because I don't have enough power here.
but, it's gotta be reaching 115db right now, just way too loud!

Ok, I got it all set up in my room and.......way to diffused!
I am going to make it an omni like my original plan.
The problem is that there is no direct response from about 3kHz and up...only reflected.
So an omni will distribute direct and reflective evenly. That's what I was thinking in the beginning. Thank god I made it in a way where I can go with the original plan :)
I guess flooders aren't for me.

wait !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What if you had the left going left, the right firing right, and a summed mono (left+right) coming from the middle ?

My buddy had a summed mono and said it worked great in a car.

The only problem would be is you need a bit of delay to the center so it arrives at the ears at the same time as the bounced sound.

Do you like the sound of 1 line firing at you directly ?
