HV Shunt Regulator PCB

Hi. I'm ordering from Europe FET 2SK369BL for my own use. They are 0.56 EUR each.

I may as well order some for those interested for the HV Regulator PCB.

Please let me know if you want the FET? You'll pay only my final cost, delivered to Canada. You can pay for it with the final shipping cost...

I would like to order the FET this week, so by the week end, I'll close the offer.

Let me know.

Thanks...

One of there fellow suggest me this circuit for my second hand 1K output.

Can I use single this board to drive dual channel together ?

Tested my two regulators today

At last I have done the checking test on my two cards :checked:.

They was soldered and ready 10 month ago .:snail:, (almost finished at post #178).
But I havent really got the time and was also a bit afraid of what the stress and concentration this function test would do on me :worried:

I mentioned back at #178 I would try a National Semi LME49710 OP Amp. I did and it worked OK. Less then 2mV hash on scope.

I also did one card with an SMD OPA656. All DC levels measured the same and the regulator also worked OK i thought, until I measured and looked at the scope. I have a perfect 63MHz sinewave of 130mV ripple (RMS) So we are a few having radio transmitters instead of regulators, allthough mine has a weak oscillation.

I havent "listened" to any of them yet. I will try to get rid of the oscilation on the OPA656 one first. C13 maybe? I have not checked the T5 CCS. It should be more then 3mA. Could this have something to do with the small oscillation?

Anyway. More of you have to get your cards ready so that we can compare our results.
:)
