I should also say that i do not have the tube plugged in. However when i had voltage drop earlier, i didn't have them in them either. Was it because the cap was the incorrect way around that it allowed current flow and as such gave me a voltage drop??? "


did they go off like grenades, or did they just smoke?

if no tube is in, then no current flows, then no drop.

...however....

you have more than likely blown the mosfet and maybe the zener (check it).

I would also check the resistors around that area. Without the caps in you should get sensible readings.

It was just as I didn't have the tubes in. They only went pop, then i instantly pulled the power. They didn't short, i think, so everything is now fine with the tubes in. The reason I got v drop before was due to the polarized caps in the incorrect way, allowing current to flow, where it shouldn't.

My CS arrives today, so tonight I will be testing it.

Lay hoay cả ngày thử nghiệm lại thì em thấy trở R13 dùng giá trị từ 10-12ohm là thích hợp nhất. Trở R13 lắp lớn quá sẽ làm giảm bass.*

Remove the source of new em Salas to replace the R13, incredibly old days looking at the wrong installation should have installed the 3.3 ohm. No wonder she's the best DAC: D. [/ Quote] [/ quote]

struggling all day experiment, the more they see the value of R13 using 10-12ohm is most appropriate. Become too large R13 installation will reduce bass.)

quanghao, could you translate please? is this just saying use 10r for R13 ?
