I haven't figured out if the OP is offering people free boards of his design, or it's a promotion from the PCB service, like their $5 credit promo, when you place an order.

Step 1 is you have to have an account with the PCB manufacturing service.

You can click on the PCB maker's website to see if it is useful to you.

1. Follow the link and click on add to cart.
2. Pick 10 PCBs,
3. If you want PCBs entirely free don’t change the copper weight or make any other alterations that may change cost however if cost is no issue , you build your way
4. If cost is an issue you can request for $8 postal shipping which you will pay.

For new customers should you choose to you can use the default $5 new customer voucher to make any first order of your choice other than this one. This will default you to an existing customer.

As an existing customer you now qualify for $5 for this order.
