6V6PP -> 6L6 PP with triode connection.

I'm planning a pushpull amp with 6L6.
I am not a power hungry guy, but just need more dynamic range
and linearity than 6V6 PP.

There are certain conditions.
It should not be over 14W.
It is because I want to recycle my old 6v6pp.
As so, definitely, it should not abuse PT for 6v6pp.

it seems to be possible to do this project.

Hmm, what a less current and less power output than other pentode connections!

Do you think it is worth? Do you have more data of 6L6 PP triode
connection?

So let me get this straight, you want to use 6L6s, but for no more power consumption than the 6V6s that the amp originally had? And you want more power output?

Don't forget they draw twice the heater current, so might be over rating already (doubtful, but possible).

I agree with your heater current issue.
So, I am going to attach an extra transformer
It costs only $10 (Radioshack).

Well, if you don't expect any more power out of it, you can use 6L6s at about half rated dissipation, and essentially the same exact circuit.

But to get more power, you need to either improve efficiency (moving towards class B) or increase power consumption.
