Ok. Now that I've had some success with a tube-input SS amp, I've decided to flip things around and try a SS-input tube amp. This would be for highs only in a biamp setup.

This looked like it could be fun, especially since I already have all the pieces.

My request for aid? I'd like a little feedback, BUT, I want to drive the input stage differentially, so there goes my easy NFB port. What are my other options for introducing feedback?

Also, any opinions on CCS replacing cathode resistor and bypass?

Bob Danielak is always coming up with cool amps -- many of them quite unusual. His Fiat has tube amplification.

Particularily a good idea on the 1st differential stage.
