Hi All,

I picked up this amplifier (well . one like it ) at a local auction.

It was very cheap.!!

Does anyone have the schematic for it??

There are many versions under different names - some with bluetooth.

Specifications
Power Supply: 220V-240V / 50-60Hz
Output power: 25W+25W
Input power: 100W
Input impedance: 47k ohm
Input sensitivity: 300mV
SNR: > 80DB
Frequency response: 28Hz ~ 20KHz
Output impedance: 4 ~ 16ohm
Dimensions(D*W*H): 312 * 270 * 150 mm
Weight: 6Kg
Tube: Beijing 6N1*2 + 6P1*2

Cheers

If i remember correct you can pull the tubes and it still sounds the
way it sounds.

Hint : There is no way a Single ended tubeamp can have a efficiency

of 50% as the above figures claims.

Original A Sound Concertina consist of two indel PP 20W 10K output transformers on top and one indel toroid for B+ and heaters at the bottom. Output was about 2x7W if i remember correctly....Their web page is down ...
In similar size enclosure i mounted PP gu32 amplifier - yes little space ( i hate small enclosures :D ) but indel 20 W PP transformers + power transformer fit there.

A new, simple, face plate with only the power switch and volume control is (IMO) part of making that case work genuine "hollow state". Eliminate the unsupportable cosmetic "baloney".

Perhaps an additional Noval (9 pin mini) socket at the center front of the top panel, for 2X (1 per channel) 12AX7/ECC83 section voltage amplifiers. PP 6BQ5/EL84 "finals" go in the already present sockets. FWIW, I'm thinking of circuitry along the general lines of the Dyna ST-35. Use ZVN0455A "concertina" phase splitters. Yes, some "sand" in the direct signal path, but it's being useful in economizing the limited available space. Being (more or less) heaterless pentodes, FETs do not cause me the distress that BJTs do. Voltage controlled, high impedance, active devices in the signal path, for me.

Well, 6P1 is basically the 9-pin 6V6 with slightly lower ratings (250V max), so almost any 6V6 SE amp schematics will do (triode or tetrode strapped - depends on your needs, maybe even UL if the transformers have the right taps - you'll need about 20-25%)
Designing the driver stage around the 6N1 shouldn't be a problem either.
