Plastic clamps on OPT, it seems to me ??
That's not good, from experience.

Indeed!. I'm running out of metal clamp, using nylon cable tie are not the best option. I already apply transformer varnish in between two c core and it stuck together after dried. Also, plastic bobbin are not 100% good for output transformer, I prefer classic paper cardboard hardened by transformer varnish. Some of my transformers are using hardened paper card board, and some are just plastic bobbin.

I already ordered metal clamp material and will replace them once I received. the finished transformer will looks exactly like the one show in video below starts at 3:59.
