I have three Altec 342B PA amps and I'm curious how you would go about bridging the amps together. These amps don't have a 600 ohm out.
I have Altec 4711 input transformers (12) for each mic socket , plus a few extras. I also have several of each 15095 (600:15000),15335A (15k:15k)' and 15356A (600 or 150:600).
I'd like to daisy chain the mixers and only use one as an amp. These will either be set up in my analog project studio or as my bluegrass bands PA. I'd pull the 6L6GC's in the amps not hooked up to speakers.
Any suggestion on making this work with lowZ condensor Mics? I do have a twelve channel electro voice phantom power supply. That works brilliantly.
Two amps are functional, another will be after a power supply rebuild. But they do sound awesome as vocal PA's.
