Tubelab SE stopped working after I connected the oil cap

Hi everyone,
I'm stumped again. I connected a 100uF motor start cap in parallel with C5 (as that seemed to be the recommendation as best I could glean).

From that moment, I had no more output from my speakers. 5842s still at 175, and I seem to have 30mA at the output tubes.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
