It was actually much better than I expected it would be! I've only seen the first two, not the ones that came after that. I was thinking it would have completely run out of steam by number six, but I enjoyed it.
Dark is definitely appropriate, it's pretty vilolent, a return to the first in that respect, had some funny bits too. If you liked T1 and T2 I think this one will not disapoint, but I could of course be wrong. I did a bit of googling after, and James Cameron didn't do three, four and five, but he did this one and it aparrently follows on direct from T2 (ignoring whatever transpired in the other three).

Is it just me or are the movies this year really really bad? Probably half of the ones I start watching I don't even get 10 minutes in before stopping them, then I end up watching something from the 1990s...
