Hello friends. FS my last 2SK180D SITs. I do not like do it, bu t I need cash, so here are my dear batch of matched by curve sits.
They were selected to match really good. They never were used (some units only for me to ckeck very big lamp circuit with two units in parallel, but only some hours). Price is 40 eur per piece plus shipping + paypal fee (this price was my own cost because I payed Customs for Japan import). I do not business here, only recover some cash.
