14pcs. unused LSK389 dual N-JFET. Bought them several years ago, I think from Pete Millet, but these are only collecting dust. I just opened one section of the packaging to take detail photos of the parts. I measured two devices, as the grade seems not to be written on the housing. The first device had 5.0mA both and the second had 6.4mA both, at 10V drain source voltage, 0V gate source voltage and room temperature. As all devices should be the same grade, I assume these are A grade.

As requested, I measured all Idss for VGS 0V at VDS 10V. If you want pairs, please indicate which pair number from the attached table. Please keep in mind that these are dual JFET, so one device is two JFET with very close matching.
