this is my first post here,
i found a yamaha sw-sv1 it is an active subwoofer with front (L+R) center and back speaker connector. the problem is it has a cd main unit (AV-1) to turn on this unit, connected via system connector. luckily i found a schematic for this subwoofer. my question is is it possible to turn on the subwoofer without the av-1 by just shorting any pin from the system connector? i will just use the subwoofer anyway ... here is the pin out of system connector
