Yes, roughly correct, maybe a bit smaller like 280 sq inches, about total 17 feet, no gussets in corner-turns (so as to blur the turn radiuses which is opposite to what the sim-TL folks want), walls made of pressed cellulose absorbent, blocks of fiberglass board strewn about....
One goal was to blur the tuning and the plots seem to show my labyrinth is happily under-tuned particularly once the stuffing is added.
