Hello All,
May I ask for your advice on what impedance I should use. I am making a supercheap PC 2.1 system out of scavenged and cheap parts.
The kit amp is the ubiquitous XYD HIFI TDA2030A 2.1 board which employs 2 x TDA2030As for the left and right channels and 2 more TDA2030As in bridge tied load configuration to power the sub.
The 8 inch subwoofer has dual voice coils of 4 ohms so do you think that I should wire these up in series or parallel?
My guess is series. Am I right?
Thank you for reading.
