I have just digged the black block form Jeff Rowland M-7(how hard!)
and started to clone the circuit. Because the block was fill with epoxy, the mark of some components have disappeared, and i heard that the components would be remarked by the manufacturer already
after i draw part of the circuit, i doubt if it is correct or not.
1.Does two FET 2sk17 work ?
2. what kind of CCS does it belong to?
