Problem BUH 150 Transistor is obsolete, cant find replacement

Ecler PAM6100 Swithcing Power Mosfet PA Class AB Mosfet Amplifier

BUH150: 15 AMPERES 700 VOLTS, 150 WATTS

BUH 150 Transistor working as Buffer in PA Mosfet Amplifier to drive IRFP360 Mosfet Array

Its N a Channel PA Mosfet Amplifier Rail 140 +/- DC

Class AB 1750W RMS Output Power 4 Ohm

I dont understand the secret why using BUH150 with MJE15031 in Buffer stage,

I dont understand why amplifier not using 2 x MJE instead of BUH150

MJE15034 / 15035 or MJE E15032/ 15033 shuld work too

The BUH is a "buffer", the MJE is used to speed up mosfets' gate-discharge, ok that's obvious ... perhaps the BUH part has some desirable characteristics that the MJE parts don't have ...?
