Hi Guys,,

Can you show a wiring diagram?

Yeah, it's a bit unclear what you've done so a circuit diagram would help.

Not sure about "without plugging the center tap".
The CT is used for 0V/electrical GND. The CT will be connected to
the amps GND plane. All GND connections need to be clean etc...

The cable protective earth connects to the chassis.

Thank you for reply guys,
Ok sorry for explanation it's not easy for me in english. I have only 1 gnd and 1 point on my case it's a earth gnd. My CT is connected to my 0Vdc and only for audio gnd. Maxpou

Sorry i can not post à wiring diagram for the moment

It does seem like a ground loop... Without any diagram or clear explanation of what you've done it's not going to be easy to advise how to best fix it though. The simplest way to avoid a ground loop is to only take your audio ground to actual ground at one point, or not at all (it is a subject of some debate) if your power 0v is floating (as it usually is) then it is also at audio ground.

It sounds like you have a ground loop. Are the input connectors (phono sockets?) insulated from the chassis (case)? Does the buzz disappear when nothing is connected to the inputs?

Yes my input connector and speaker binding post are insulated. The buzz disappear when i disconnect the earth gnd to my chassis and i have nothing connect to my input connector. Thank you! Maxpou

This is suggested in Cordell "Designing Audio Power Amplifiers":
