Looks cool. One small comment is that for a sallen-key butterworth it's better to use (say) 2 x 1k resistors in series rather than 2k2 (or even 2k0). That way all the resistors can come from the same batch and you get much better tolerance. Ditto with the caps. Use all caps the same value and parallel two to get double value. It guarantees much tighter pole placement and more accurate cutoff response.
Need advice/recommendations for high power complementary mosfets. In the original design I have used IRFP140/9140.
