Just remember that in these equations Idss comes in mA. If you want to keep with LTspice convention of using A you have to adjust the linear coefficients.

I am not sure if I am doing this right but when I run this model, I get 11 different traces (for the Vout(t) and the FFT's). However, they all land on top of one another. I would have thought that there would have been some variance in the curves given that there is variance in the Idss.
Can someone take a look at my file?

the way it is set up a model by the name of BF862Idss is being altered by the stepped parameters. All of your fets seem linked to the unaltered BF862 model.
